The Fire Blast Trapsin build offers comfortable, safe and high damage profile gameplay. The build primarily relies on its high enemy fire resistance piercing synergy together with Fire Sunder charm The Flame Rift. The Fire Blast Trapsin excels at bringing extremely strong DPS (Damage per second) through two different sources. In Patch 2.5 the introduction of Terror Zones brought changes to certain specs and gameplay strategies. Note: The Fire Blast Trapsin build is used to provide massive AoE and Boss damage at the same time. The ability to benefit from all sources of enemy negative resistance is what makes this build very powerful. While it is true that Fire Blast is a spell under the Traps Talent Tree section, it does not behave as one, and since it is a direct cast ability by our character, it does get all the enemy negative resistance properties from different kinds of equipment. Unlike the Lightning Sentry Trapsin, The Fire Blast Trapsin completely eliminates the obstruction that prevents benefiting from the enemy negative resistance property, because Fire Blast is not a trap per se, but rather, it is a cast ability. However, Lightning Sentry Trap does not get any additional enemy negative resistance from other pieces, which prevents it from dealing high damage against highly lightning resistant targets. Speaking for Lightning Sentry Trap, it does get the enemy negative resistance property from the Sunder Charm Crack of the Heavens and Infinity runeword's Conviction Aura. In other words, a Lightning Sentry trap does not get the -15 to -25% enemy lightning resistance provided by Griffon's Eye. It must be highlighted that Traps normally do not get the piercing effect from enemy negative resistance gear. The build essentially focuses on getting fast enemy kills due to the overwhelming damage from Fire Blast and Lightning Sentry, and then destroy the remainder of the enemies through Death Sentry traps. The build operates simply by being a caster build which lays traps and destroys its enemies via ranged Fire Blast attacks. The Fire Blast Trapsin is also very comfortable to play. The build simply destroys even the hardest fire immune monsters. The primary strength of this build is the high fire penetration damage provided by Fire Blast. Furthermore, the Fire Blast Trapsin utilizes Lightning Sentry and Death Sentry to bring devastating damage and quickly lay waste to her enemies, including Players 8 scaled Hell difficulty Terror Zones in Diablo 2: Resurrected. The Fire Blast Trapsin build focuses on enormous Fire Blast damage which pierces through any fire immune monster due to high fire penetration gear setup.
